YES!!! it finally happened...

YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:) I am soo happy. Today the first issue of my school newspaper came out, and I wrote two whole pages. I did more work on it then anybody. I ended up doing five whole, complete, fulfilled articles. I even helped my editors-in-come up with their topic. This is the first of many issues to come. Me and the paper staff are very dedicated to making sure this paper is the best it can be. We pretty much take
over the whole darn paper. We take control and make things perfect. Our teacher even
said " I've been teaching this class for 3 years, and I know that this issue will be the best we have had yet."

For my birthday (which if you read my mom's blog you would have seen), my
mom gave me $100.00 , and I got twenty from Courtney ( thanks), and ten from
my grandmother. My mother let me take a day off from school to go shopping:) Once we got to the mall, it was business. We hit Areopostale ( airropostal)first, because I had gift cards there. Thanks Isabelle and Taylor. I got three tee-shirts ( one gray, one blue, one green), a purse,and a ( gray ) over-shirt. Next, we visited Limited too. I got two Webkinz ( the rhino,and leopard). I went to Pacsun and got a Volcom hoodie and gray skinny jeans. We went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I got the chef salad and ( some kind ) of cheesecake. The last store we went to was Claire's. I got BIG yellow earring, peace sign earrings, and red checked earrings. We called it a day. ( count how many times you see " I got " in this post, and tell me in your comment!)

All right, I gotta give school some credit. We read this book called
"Walk Two Moons" by Sharon Creech. As our finishing-the-book-project,
we had to make a scrapbook... piece of cake, right!? All I have to say is, if that is
a piece of cake, then then eating cake must be an Olympic sport or something.

I spent a minimum of 35 hours on it. If it doesn't get an "A," I'll go CRAZY!!

Have you heard of the new game speed stacks? It has 12 cups, and you have to stack them up with the correct hand and pattern. It is very precise. There are world records for this game . The world record holder is 16 years old, and she is the current speed stacks world champion. This game comes with a DVD (instruction video), Some come with a stack mat, Some have timer, 12 cups, and a whole lot of fun:) Even gracie loves speed stacks. It tests mostly your reflexes, and mentel skills. Its a great family game , an awesome single game, and great for just plain old building!!!!!
